My name is Pranav Tayi and I am a student at Flower Mound High School near Dallas, TX. I have always been someone that has taken an interest in math and later STEM as a whole. As of late, I have become interested in computer science. Being a varsity golfer and someone interested in using data to improve my game, I learned how data science can be used in analyzing statistics. The numerous applications of computer science as a whole and the sheer amount of real-world problems that it can solve intrigued me. Furthermore, the many subdivisions within the field, such as artificial intelligence or data science, have interested me. As someone hoping to pursue a career in STEM, I felt it was valuable to contribute to the community in this field.
